On 5th of March 2012 in Senate Room of the Technical University of Warsaw letter of intentions establishing "Cluster od the Defence Industry" was signed. On 27th of February 2012 premises of Bumar Żołnierz S.A. were visited by Inidian delegation. it included Shekhar Agarwal – Indian Secretart of State for Defence Production in Ministry of Defence of India, Reshmi Verma, SSecretary of the Defence Production and lt. gen.
